    Never received the product

    I would like to give this a review, but I have not received my product yet. I ordered it 17 days ago and there is no update toher than "we have received your order". I tried reaching out to customer service, but got an answer from a bot telling me that they have received my order, nothing else.

    For a product like this. I hate getting out of the shower, drying off and being cold while putting on lotion. Its smells great
