Where are your products produced?

Our formulas are made in the U.S and Canada. Our packaging is sourced from Europe and Asia. Our warehouses are located in the U.S. 

Are your products cruelty free and vegan?

We never test on animals, and all of our formulas are made without animal-derived ingredients or byproducts. They are also formulated without any gluten.

Products

My jar of Splash Salve arrived dented.

We chose to use aluminum jars for Splash Salve because aluminum is kind to the environment: no plastic, infinitely recyclable, and very light to ship, giving it a smaller carbon footprint.
 

But aluminum jars are susceptible to denting, and your jar may arrive with a small dent here and there. This does not impact formula performance or experience. We feel that imperfections in appearance are a small price to pay for being kinder to the environment :).
 

If your jar arrives dented around the lid or rim, making it difficult to close, let us know and we’re happy to send you a new one.

The texture of my Splash Salve seems to have melted/turned liquid.

Like coconut oil, the texture/viscosity of this formula may change with the temperature. Change in texture does not affect the efficacy of the formula. To harden it, place the container in the fridge.

Why does my Cocoon Cleanse have a hint of pink?

Pink is the natural hue of Gardenia, a key antiseptic ingredient with detox properties that helps to rinse away harmful bacteria. It's not a dye!

How do I use my Hanni Weighted Razor?

Our razor is designed to provide a close shave while minimizing the risk of irritation. Here are five things you can do to avoid nicks or cuts:
 

1. Prep Skin. We recommend applying Shave Pillow before shaving. 
2. Glide—don’t press. Don't press or push into your skin like you do with a plastic razor. Let the weight of the razor do all the work—just gently glide it along.
3. Slow Down. No need for speed—our blades are sharper than you think.
4. Use Short Strokes.
5. Change your blade every two weeks for the closest, smoothest shave.

How do I clean my Hanni Weighted Razor?

Clean your razor by opening the butterfly cap, removing the blade, and rinsing the empty razor with warm soapy water.

How often should I change the Blades?

This depends on how often you shave. You should change your blade after 4-6 uses to give you the closest smoothest shave and prevent irritation and razor burn.

Will I cut myself with the Hanni Weighted Razor?

It’s important to remember that you can always nick yourself shaving, with either a 5-blade or single blade razor. The best way to avoid this is by applying almost no pressure when using the razor and letting the weight of the handle do the work for you. Also be extra careful around areas of your body that are closer to the bone (ankles, knees, etc.)

Returns Policy

How can I cancel or edit my order?

Please contact hi@heyhanni.com. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order.

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a full refund for online orders within 30 days of delivery date. Products must have been purchased through our online store. Please note: due to the size of our business, we cannot refund original shipping charges. All gift cards are final sale.
 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please contact us immediately if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It's always helpful if you can attach photos of the issue.

What are my options for shipping?

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $75. For orders under $75, we offer standard ground shipping for $7. 2-day shipping is available for $25 and orders must be placed by 12 PM EST.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, Guam and military bases. We do not ship to PO Boxes due to package size restrictions. Please join our international waitlist to be notified when we launch outside the US
